Jack The Barber does not offer refunds or exchange for 'change of mind' reasons.

Jack The Barber offers a full refund or exchange option for the following conditions;

  1. A claim for refund or exchange will not be accepted by Jack The Barber more than 5 days after items received.
  2. All return postage for any item purchased is at the buyer’s expense.
  3. Item/s varies from that on the website or
  4. Item/s is received damaged

What if I am sent a defective item?

All Jack The Barber products undergo stringent quality controls and checks from the beginning of the manufacturing process to the end postage and shipping dispatch. In the unlikely event that you do receive a defective item, please notify us within 5 days of receiving the item. If this policy is not adhered to, we will only accept defective items at our discretion.

I have not received or heard anything back from Jack The Barber after returning a Jack The Barber product?

Depending on where you are sending your returns items back from, the typical shipping time for items to arrive back to Jack The Barber in around 10 days. This can be longer as Australian Customs and Quarantine have some of the toughest Custom and Quarantine laws in the world and generally parcels can get held for inspection. As soon as your exchange has been processed by us, we will send you an email letting you know that it has been sent.
